Every young person deserves to feel safe and confident online.

At ySafe, that belief guides everything we do. We’re a passionate team of educators and digital wellbeing specialists working together to empower school communities and families to confidently navigate the online world.
As part of the Qoria family, we stand alongside global brands like Linewize, Smoothwall, and Qustodio - a collective dedicated to protecting children and supporting their digital journeys worldwide.

What’s the opportunity?

We’re expanding our NSW-based team and are looking for an Online Safety Expert & Educator. Someone ready to bring their experience, creativity, and passion to help schools, parents, and students develop safer digital environments.
This role is based in Sydney and involves face-to-face sessions across the region, with some travel interstate now and then. You’ll spend most of your time in schools, engaging with students, sharing ideas, and inspiring important conversations. There will also be opportunities for virtual delivery and teamwork with our national team.
You’ll play a crucial role in strengthening relationships with schools, shaping how communities view online safety, and supporting Qoria’s mission to protect every child’s digital journey.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Program Delivery: Deliver engaging workshops and presentations for students (K–12), school staff, and parents — mostly in-person, occasionally virtual.
  • Community Engagement: Be the face of ySafe in your region, building genuine trust with schools and families.
  • Advisory Expertise: Share evidence-based insights on digital wellbeing, online risks, and safe technology use.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across ySafe and the wider Qoria family to ensure seamless delivery and support.
  • Program Development: During quieter delivery periods, contribute to new ideas and resources — from community guides to creative content that amplifies our impact.
Who you are:
  • An Educator at heart — you love helping others learn and grow.
  • Driven by Purpose — impact-oriented and motivated to make a real difference in schools and communities.
  • Creative — inventive, curious and a bold thinker, you bring new ideas to the table and present concepts in ways that stick.
  • Compassionate — relatable, warm, and genuine, you understand different perspectives and connect easily with people.
  • Engaging — full of spunk, magnetic, confident and approachable, with a natural presence in front of a crowd.
  • Adaptable — quick on your feet, ready to thrive in a changing, fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
What we’re looking for:
  • Passion for education, wellbeing, youth work, or a related field (may suit a new teacher).
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills across diverse audiences.
  • Eager to learn more about online safety and digital wellbeing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel across Sydney (and occasionally interstate).
  • Current driver’s licence and regular access to a vehicle.
Why join ySafe?

You’ll be part of a national team that believes education changes everything — especially when it comes to the online world. We’re passionate about what we do, we back each other, and we celebrate the impact we have together.
Here, your work won’t just fill a calendar — it will change the way communities talk about technology, safety, and wellbeing.
If that sounds like your kind of purpose, we’d love to hear from you.
Being part of the Qoria family means

  • Employee stock options
  • Enhanced holiday & family leave
  • Tech Allowance
    .... and much more

More importantly, you'll:

  • Support tech with purpose...

As an employee here, your work truly matters. With every customer interaction, you’ll be helping children stay safe online. It feels good to do good.

  • Through work that you love...

  • And a career that you own...

A proven career path forward, with real opportunities to progress your career into other teams and departments within the company. Exposure to industry leading tech, developed in-house by an amazing engineering team. Regular company wide lunch and learn sessions

What you need to know about the Sydney Tech Scene

From opera to comedy shows, the Sydney Opera House hosts more than 1,600 performances a year, yet its entertainment sector isn't the only one taking center stage. The city's tech sector has earned a reputation as one of the fastest-growing in the region.
