What you’ll do
  • Conduct Risk and Control Self-assessments (RCSA’s) across several risks including operational, compliance and financial risks.

  • Implement risk management strategies and policies to mitigate identified risks.

  • Prepare detailed risk reports and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with other departments, including Compliance, Legal, and IT, to ensure comprehensive risk management across the organization.

  • Support the effective review of Third parties including due diligence reviews

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of risk management systems and tools.

  • Support and help embed the risk culture and the integration of the risk management framework

What you need to have
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex risk concepts to non-specialist stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • An understanding of Risk Management (financial or non) is a plus, particularly regulatory capital, stress-testing or regulator exposure

  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and risk management principles.

  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet tight timelines.
