What’s the role about? 

We’re seeking a detail-driven Network Support Engineer to oversee technical support across systems integrations, logistics interfaces, and device management flows. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting, efficient coordination with various teams, and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex errors across enterprise platforms. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Systems Support & Troubleshooting 

  • Investigate and resolve interface errors and data inconsistencies between operational systems. 

  • Address API and Oracle-related issues, including receiving failures, item searches, and device tracking. 

  • Identify and resolve transaction errors, functional testing gaps, and failed item receipts. 

  • Logistics & Dispatch Coordination 

  • Support warehouse and dispatch teams with incorrect LPN content, sold/swapped devices, and pick slip issues. 

  • Resolve issues related to order release, item reservation, and bin placement for repair and return workflows. 

  • Assist with receiving team challenges such as missing content or faulty transaction flows. 

  • Returns & RMA Management 

  • Handle returns processing across various programs, including correct IMEI identification and misrouted items. 

  • Assist in managing inventory movement back into stock and resolving mismatches during RMA processing. 

  • Data & Integration Maintenance 

  • Perform data fixes and clean-up tasks to maintain program integrity and accurate device assignment. 

  • Maintain printer integrations, troubleshoot web service calls, and assist in functional test completion. 

  • Support system updates including flag configurations and form enhancements for manual workflows. 

  • Cross-Team Collaboration 

  • Coordinate with reverse logistics, repair, and receiving teams to resolve testing and interface issues. 

  • Assist customer service in identifying return lines and reporting interface discrepancies. 

  • Contribute to ongoing system improvements and integration refinements based on operational feedback. 

Does this sound like you? 

  • Experience supporting enterprise applications (e.g., Oracle, Omnicore, API environments). 

  • Strong diagnostic skills across device handling, logistics flows, and transactional systems. 

  • Excellent communication and team coordination across technical and non-technical departments. 

  • Familiarity with complex return programs and serialized device processing. 

  • Ability to execute data fixes, create management insights (MI), and adapt to evolving systems.
