About the role

This role sits across operations and project delivery within LEAP Global Services. Reporting directly to the Global COO, you will help keep things running smoothly while also leading projects that improve how the business operates.  

Success in this role requires exceptional organisation, strong communication and listening skills, good judgement, and the ability to keep things on track in a fast-moving environment.    

What you'll do

To make this happen, you will:

Operations 

  • Be the first port of call for day-to-day operational matters, helping to keep LEAP Global Services running smoothly and efficiently. 
  • Ensure issues are surfaced, addressed, and resolved promptly. 
  • Provide regular updates, clear reporting, and timely escalation, keeping the right people informed without unnecessary noise. 
  • Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies and take initiative to improve them.  
  • Support business planning, team coordination, and ad hoc operational priorities as they arise. 
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and third-party service providers as required. 

Projects 

  • Manage operational projects of varying size. You have a method that works for you, agility plays a key part in it, and outcomes are more important than the process.  
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders at all levels - creating transparent project plans, communicating clearly and proactively, and ensuring seamless coordination, scheduling, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Capture information and play it back to those involved in a form they prefer and understand. 
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement in ways of working.
