A Snapshot

Be part of APJ’s largest data centre business and Grow\@Hyperscale, where bold ideas become real‑world impact. We’re building a Remote AI‑Powered Operations Centre (ROC) to centralise operations across our platform. As the ROC Lead, you’ll shape the strategic direction, ensure automation and remote operations align with business goals, and turn complex operational needs into enterprise‑level outcomes.

What you’ll do

You’ll guide the ROC’s operational vision in partnership with technology, automation, and local operations teams. You will help design and scale a resilient platform, champion continuous improvement, and deliver measurable gains in reliability, efficiency, and customer experience. You’ll provide clear insights to stakeholders, oversee high‑level incident response, and uphold best‑practice data governance and compliance through strong documentation and executive‑ready dashboards.

What you’ll bring

  • 8+ years’ experience in data centre or critical asset operations with senior leadership responsibility.
  • Strong capability in incident response, change management, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills at all organisational levels.
  • Practical experience with AI, automation, and agile methodologies in critical environments.
