Job Summary 🧾

We are a specialized team that acts as a strategic connection between the client and Yalo. We are dedicated to deeply understanding the client's needs and translating them into effective digital campaigns strategies. We serve as strategic campaign consultants, identifying key audiences, the most impactful WhatsApp functionalities, and the messages that will best resonate with their objectives.

Our scope covers, the agile coordination of internal teams, the execution of campaigns, the proactive recommendations based on our campaigns expert knowledge, and the maintenance of constant and transparent communication with the client. And to ensure their satisfaction and success of their engagement/activation initiatives.

What are the responsibilities for this role? 🧠

Campaigns Management

  • Responsible for executing the day-to-day operation activities.
    • Campaign strategy creation
    • Schedule Campaigns / Campaign execution
    • Agile coordination of internal teams
    • Delivery proactive recommendations to the customer.
  • Responsible for some customers portfolio. (based on the capacity.)
  • Responsible to report status of the campaigns internally and with the customer.

Strategy Development

  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to create marketing strategies aligned with the business goals.

Others

  • Responsable to find and implement continuous improvement on our Operations Process.
  • Support on Internal Initiatives.

Job Requirements?💻

  • Experience:
    • Desirable - Experience in a Marketing position or CPG Industry.
    • Desirable - 1 year of experience in a Customer Support position.
  • Strategic Skills:
    • Ability to define and execute effective GTM strategies.
    • Marketing Knowledge and ability to identify opportunities.
    • Marketing/CPG Basic Knowledge
    • Data Analysis and Basic Metrics
  • Technical Skills:
    • Excel Master / Google Tools (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc)
  • Languages:
    • Intermediate/advanced English
