We’re looking for a process-driven Operations Specialist to join our Support Office team to assist in improving efficiencies across standard operating procedures, data management and compliance across our retail network in Australia and New Zealand.

The Role: Operations Specialist

This function involves data entry and approvals, the analysis and reporting of key data, creating store support tools and resolving operational queries on a store level. You will drive efficiency and accountability, ensuring optimization of processes and identifying areas of opportunity for improvement. This role works closely with the retail leadership team and reports into the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

· Creating and updating existing standard operating procedures and how-to guides

· maintain an up-to-the-minute Master File of all store data including leases, facilities and OHS matters.

· Management of all Alarm & Safe codes & access for stores

· Data analysis, reporting and escalation on discrepancies, discounts and record keeping

· Support with Invoice Management and approvals

· Manage CMS increase requests and AUD banking activities, including adjustments, banking submissions, and payment instructions in line with internal controls.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

· Ability to work with and assist cross-departmentally, particularly with Finance, IT, Facilities, Marketing, and HR

· Strong operational and process acumen with the ability to apply commercial judgment.

· Highly analytical with excellent data management, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
