Job Description

Initial 6 month contract with a view to extend

Job Description:
We are seeking an Oracle HCM Business Analyst with a strong focus on business process documentation and testing. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing current HR operations and documenting detailed “to-be” business processes across areas such as hire-to-retire, recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and payroll, ensuring alignment with leading HCM system best practices.

A key part of the role involves creating high-quality process documentation and test case documentation, as well as supporting test execution (SIT/UAT) to validate system functionality against business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into clear process flows and ensure solutions are effectively implemented.

You will also facilitate workshops, contribute to process improvements, and support user adoption through structured and high-quality documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document detailed to-be business processes aligned to HCM systems
  • Develop test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements
  • Execute and support SIT and UAT testing cycles
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
  • Ensure traceability between requirements, processes, and test cases
  • Support process standardisation and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Prior experience with Oracle HCM, Workday, Dayforce, or similar HCM platforms
  • Strong process mapping and business documentation skills
  • Experience in test case creation and execution
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and business analysis experience
  • Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
