Job Description

Full-time contract (initial 12 months, likely extension)

Location: North Ryde
Working model: Hybrid – 2-3 days per week in office 

We are seeking an experienced Organisation Change Manager to support a major ServiceNow consolidation and unification program within an IT environment.

This role will lead end-to-end organisational change activities, developing and executing change strategies, driving business readiness, and enabling successful adoption of new ways of working across a complex technology transformation program.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end change activities including strategy, planning, delivery and adoption
  • Develop and execute change management plans, readiness activities and transition approaches
  • Conduct stakeholder impact assessments, identify change risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Drive engagement across business, technology and operational teams
  • Develop communication, training and adoption strategies to support successful implementation
  • Facilitate workshops, leadership alignment sessions and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Partner closely with Program Managers, Delivery Leads, SMEs and business stakeholders
  • Support operational readiness and embed new processes, tools and ways of working
  • Track adoption outcomes and provide reporting and insights to program leadership

Qualifications

  • 6–10 years’ overall experience, with 3+ years’ experience delivering organisational change across complex business and technology environments
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end change strategy, impact assessment and delivery for large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Experience working across both business and technology delivery teams
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
  • Experience operating within complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong business readiness, communications and training capability
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving delivery environments
  • Change management certification such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent is highly desirable

Essential experience:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting IT Service Management (ITSM) transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow environments, including consolidation, process uplift or platform transformation
  • Experience with ITSM processes such as incident management, problem management and knowledge management
  • Exposure to AI-enabled capabilities within IT service delivery and knowledge management is highly desirable
