About the team:
This role will be responsible for change analysis and planning to inform the size, scale and complexity of the change. Then implementation of fit-for-purpose change solutions across stakeholder engagement, communications, education, readiness and sustainability, May also support SMEs or third parties who deliver training. Additionally, this role may provide coaching and OCM uplift within the business.
Enterprise OCM sits within the Enterprise Customer and Operations Division (EC&O) – whose mandate is to empower the ASX to run better. Our team sets the standard by managing the OCM component of our delivery framework and the Change Package mechanism for delivering Enterprise-wide change. We also directly support prioritised, strategic programs of work to ensure changes land effectively and sustainably.
This position is available as a 12-month daily rate contract.
What you will be doing:
Build and execute appropriate OCM plans and activities for awareness/communication, education programs and readiness assessments that support project objectives and business goals with clear OCM success measures/metrics
Produce the detailed assessments of change impacts both internal and external, business readiness and plan to redress gaps
Build strong relationships with impacted stakeholders to support the continued engagement and readiness for the changes.
Understand and identify change barriers, providing input to the recommendations to mitigate change risk and business impact
Understand training requirements and support the workstreams to plan and implement their training solutions.
Input/collation of OCM metrics and support regular reporting to appropriate governance forums.
What you will bring:
Must have
Proven track record of 5+ years of success in supporting transformational change in complex change environments
Demonstrated understanding of working with business led streams vs project streams
Ability to build high-trust relationships with stakeholders
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Ability to work at pace – prioritising progress over perfection.
Experience operating as part of an OCM team on a project and/or as single OCM resource
Strong experience in agile delivery and familiarity with agile and Microsoft tools; Confluence, JIRA
Nice to have
Experience managing change in a financial services environment
Proficient skills in creating visual change management artefacts
Demonstrated level of project management skills
