Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to join a major BSS/OSS transformation program within a leading telecommunications environment. This role will play a critical part in driving business readiness, stakeholder engagement, adoption, and successful delivery outcomes across a large-scale transformation initiative.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a complex enterprise-wide program impacting systems, processes, and ways of working across multiple business units.

  • Lead end-to-end organisational change activities across the BSS/OSS transformation program
  • Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and business readiness activities
  • Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and manage change risks and mitigation plans
  • Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams
  • Develop communication, training, and adoption strategies to support successful implementation
  • Facilitate workshops, leadership alignment sessions, and business engagement activities
  • Partner closely with Program Managers, Delivery Leads, SMEs, and business stakeholders
  • Support transition planning, operational readiness, and embedding of new ways of working
  • Track change adoption metrics and provide regular reporting to program leadership

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Organisational Change Manager on large-scale transformation programs
  • Strong experience within Telecommunications, ideally across BSS/OSS environments
  • Demonstrated experience managing change for technology-enabled transformation initiatives
  • Experience with CRM, Billing, Ordering, Provisioning, Network, or Customer Operations transformation programs desirable
  • Prosci, ADKAR, or other change management certifications
  • Experience working across both business and technology delivery teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working within complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong business readiness, communications, and training capability
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving delivery environments
