The Organisational Consultant role will provide a range of organisational psychology services to our clients and support our passionate Learning team. This role will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by customising and delivering evidence-based training workshops, conducting psychosocial risk assessments and culture reviews, administering psychometric assessments, providing coaching and supervision programs to individuals and groups, implementing specialist peer support programs, and completing reports as required.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Design, deliver and evaluate training, supervision and coaching services to customers that have a clinical focus. 
  • Assist in the scoping of Learning and workplace wellbeing projects.
  • with external customers, facilitators and internal account managers.
  • Achieve strong delivery quality and feedback measures with a consulting lens. 
  • Work closely with Customer Success and Account Managers to promote programs and deliver best practice content. 
  • Actively contribute and advise broader business on Learning services.
     

 

About you: 

  • Proven Experience working in similar mental health industry, psychological health and wellbeing.
  • Exceptional public speaking skills and confidence in group facilitation.
  • Psychologist or Social Worker fully registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) (preferred).
  • Cert IV workplace training and assessment (desirable, not essential). 
  • Coaching Accreditation (desirable, not essential). 
  • Experience in the development and design of evidence-based training content to create multi-faceted training to cater for different learning styles and audiences.  
  • Proven experience in external consulting and working with a customer service mindset. 
  • Capacity to scope and consult on training development needs and opportunities with customers. 
  • Robust evaluation of training courses to ensure quality outcomes and insights. 
  • Knowledge and experience of contemporary training techniques.
