Responsibilities
- 1、Originate new deals, ambitiously pursuing new accounts
- 2、Building and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
- 3、Executing and managing OTC trading orders (on/off ramp, block trading etc)
- Providing market insights, investment ideas, and tailored trading strategies to clients.
- 4、Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless trade execution and settlement processes.
- 5、Developing and implementing strategies to attract new clients and expand our OTC trading business.
- 6、Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements
- 1、Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/ trading within the payment industry or financial services industry preferably
- 2、A strong network of clients for on/off ramp service and/or block trading activities.
- 3、Proven track record in building and managing client relationships.
- 4、Possess knowledge of digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain technology.
- 5、Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- 6、Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive trading environment.
- 7、Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- 8、Ability to speak the local language. Fluency in English is required.
