About the role:

As a Learning Coordinator within the Learning & Development (L&D) team, you will play an integral role in supporting all Leadership and Capability learning activities across the firm, ensuring a great learner experience. You will be key in assisting the L&D team in delivering digital and blended learning solutions. You’ll thrive in a supportive team environment where your ideas for improving processes and boosting efficiency are welcomed and valued.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Learning & Development team in delivering Leadership and Capability program initiatives.
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) efficiently.
  • Serve as the primary contact for learning-related inquiries across the firm.
  • Develop reporting dashboards and conduct trend analysis.
  • Assist in coordinating programs and managing learning events.
  • Contribute to evaluating and analysing the effectiveness of training delivered.

About you:

DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES:

  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Proactive and organised professional with a solid background in learning/training coordination
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (highly regarded)
  • Experience in reporting and data analysis
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Collaborative and professional approach with strong communication skills
  • Degree, Diploma or Certificate in either Adult Education, L&D, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline (desirable)
