As part of Equifax’s global move of its Applications to the Cloud, the A/NZ Data Segment Program and Execution Leader ensures that the Data Segment team plans for, and delivers on their commitments to deliver the Consumer Data Fabric platform while adhering to global APFM principles and guidelines. The role is highly engaged with the program’s Delivery functions and the various representatives within the Technology and cross business teams to facilitate, plan, deliver and execute to agreed outcomes
What you’ll do

Lead program planning and execution for the Data Segment, focusing on the Consumer Data Fabric platform.

Manage risk, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, PI planning), budget tracking, and reporting.

Ensure alignment with global APFM principles and TechSec requirements.

Communicate effectively with cross functional teams.

Support the P&E leader with Business Unit wide P&E responsibilities.

Lead by example and consistently model the Equifax Values

Deliver on any other responsibility as required
What experience you need
-
Seeking a highly motivated and certified Scrum Master to drive Agile transformation and empower high-performing teams.
-
Tertiary education in Technology, Business, or equivalent professional experience is required.

Must possess a current Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification; relevant Agile/SAFe certifications are highly desirable.

Expertise in coaching and mentoring teams to transition from rigid ceremony adherence to a culture of self-managing, high-performance teams.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience leading full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects.
-
Proven track record working within software development projects or technical PMO programs.

Demonstrated ability to drive and effect cultural change within an organization.

Proven ability to deliver projects with excellence

Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Attention to details, proactive, self-driven, and possesses strong relationship management skills.
