The Business Development Director will lead revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and channel expansion for the Pacific region, focusing on B2B sales in building automation and SaaS.

ResponsibilitiesYour Role
- Own and drive order and revenue growth across the Pacific region
- Expand and optimize our channel ecosystem to unlock new customer segments
- Align sales with marketing and product teams to drive powerful, customer centric go-to-market strategies,
- Mentor, motivate and elevate a high-performing sales organisation
- Optimise resource allocation to drive high performance and create sustained leadership across the team and lead execution of channel expansion across the business
- Partner with Strategic Sales and Commercial leadership to accelerate channel alignment and expansion
- Drive Saas offerings including: Cyber, CLSS and Connected Services
- Build strong channel management capability across all product lines
About You:
- 15+years’ experience in B2B product environments with building automation: Fire/ Security/ BMS with proven success leading high-growth sales teams
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to drive strategic programs end-to-end
- Deep experience in channel-driven sales models (distributors, system integrators)
- Ability to balance strategy, execution and people leadership
- A passion for innovation, collaboration and delivering meaningful business outcomes
- Degree in Engineering or Business and MBA preferred
