This is a remote position.

We're looking for an Off-Page SEO Associate to own search performance and web content across our in-house brands: enterprisemonkey.com.au, dumbmonkey.ai, aamirqutub.com, and agentsforhumanity.ai. This is a blended role with a stronger focus on SEO. The majority of your time will be spent on the day-to-day work of an SEO executive: on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, website audits, and reporting – while the rest involves writing and formatting landing page and website content, plus the occasional blog. You'll work hands-on with CMS platforms, especially Drupal, to publish and optimize content. It's ideal for someone who lives and breathes SEO, writes well, and wants to grow in a fast-moving, AI-forward environment.

Off-Page SEO (Primary Focus - 70% Weightage):
    • Build quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting and digital PR — real links from relevant, credible sites, not bought junk.

    • Grow domain and page authority (Ahrefs DR/UR, Moz DA/PA) with a steady, white-hat link programme you can defend.

    • Build and clean up local citations and directory listings, keeping name, address and phone details consistent across the web.

    • Run backlink audits: find toxic links, prepare disavow files, and monitor the link profile for anything risky.

    • Do competitor backlink-gap analysis and turn it into a live target list of link prospects.

    • Manage outreach at scale — prospecting, personalised pitches, follow-ups — and keep the pipeline current.

    • Chase earned-media and expert-quote opportunities (HARO / Qwoted style) for our brands and Aamir's profile.

  • On-Page SEO & Content Creation (Secondary Focus - 30% Weightage):

    • Handle on-page basics: write and tidy meta titles, descriptions and heading structure, and improve internal linking.

    • Publish and optimise landing page, website and occasional blog content in Drupal, formatted cleanly and on-brand.

    • Work through crawl and indexation issues flagged in Ahrefs Site Audit and Google Search Console — broken links, bad redirects, duplicate content, missing tags — and support keyword research and content briefs.

Requirements
  • Solid understanding of on-page and off-page SEO and content optimisation

  • Working knowledge of keyword research, meta tags, and content structure

  • Familiarity with a CMS platform — Drupal, WordPress, or similar

  • Good writing skills for web and marketing content

  • Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics (Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4) — or eagerness to learn them quickly

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow

Good to Have:

  • Hands-on experience with Drupal CMS

  • Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console and GA4

  • A portfolio or samples showcasing previous SEO and/or content work

  • Experience writing for social media, especially LinkedIn

  • Experience using AI tools — especially Claude, our default — for SEO and content support

  • A degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or Journalism

Benefits
  • 100% remote opportunity

  • 5-day working week

  • Excellent work-life balance

  • Scope to experiment with lots of AI tools
