Meet the Global Marketing Team
With the rise of AI and changes in consumer's software needs, this new and growing team is shaping and executing our global marketing strategy to reflect the evolution of our product offering. We're disrupting the way value is delivered in the legal community, and this needs a significant shift in how we drive LEAP's brand awareness, recognition and AI product adoption. Led by the Head of Global Marketing, this team works closely with global marketing teams to drive the visibility and growth of our industry-leading legal productivity software. Based at our Sydney Head Office, this is the team that sets the global standard for how we position LEAP in the market, providing the backbone of global campaigns and messaging that each region can leverage.
What you'll do
As the first Paid Media Specialist in our next-generation Global Marketing team, you’ll build and lead our paid media program from scratch - setting strategy, launching campaigns, and optimising performance to drive global impact. Using analytics and performance data, you'll ensure our digital campaigns drive demand, perform effectively, and contribute to revenue growth. As part of our global marketing team, you'll work closely with product marketing and regional teams to enhance our paid media strategy through data-driven insights and campaign management.
To make this happen, you will:
- Lead the development, strategic planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer acquisition.
- Develop comprehensive paid media plans aligned with business goals, marketing initiatives, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across four regions—to ensure message cohesion and full funnel performance tracking.
- Partner with web development teams to optimise landing pages and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyse key performance ( ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates) directly influence the volume and quality of sign-ups and MQLs, fueling the sales pipeline. Focus on improving lead quality and driving MQL-to-SQL conversion rates to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Analyse campaign effectiveness and recommend budget reallocation to high-performing campaigns and channels, while identifying areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities in future paid channels and campaigns and develop action plans to enhance overall performance.
- Provide regular data-driven reports and actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B tests, determining the most effective messaging, creative, and targeting strategies for each campaign.
What you'll bring
You'll have 4+ years experience in Paid Media, and your technical skillset will include:
- Proven experience managing multi-channel paid media campaigns across social, search and programmatic display platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization, performance analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of attribution models, lead scoring frameworks and full-funnel marketing strategies to drive demand generation and customer acquisition
- Track record of building and scaling paid media program that driving measurable growth, with the ability to proactively identify opportunities and influence senior leadership.
- Famliarity with SEO and SEM principles to align paid and organic strategies for maximum impact.
- Global campaign management and cross-functional collaboration experience
