As a Paid Social Specialist at Monks you will work with our stellar team to manage analytics projects and media campaigns for a portfolio of clients. This is a consultative role advising clients on ways to harness different technology solutions, and optimize their digital media performance to drive long-term value - mainly through Google Analytics and Google Marketing Platforms. Technology is outpacing our client's abilities to adopt and implement these tools so clients look to our team for their strategic knowledge of the digital space coupled with our platform know-how to bring results.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the social media portfolio for several clients including YouTube,  Vimeo, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
  • Analyzing data for reporting and optimizing advertising campaigns.
  • Providing analysis, insight, and expertise for clients on our products and offerings.
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget whilst achieving the brand’s KPI’s.
  • Development of campaign, marketing, sales, and operational materials and best practices for internal teams and clients.
  • Supporting the sales team with pre-sales and marketing efforts.
  • Managing strategic initiatives to improve the business processes and operations as MightyHive continues to grow at a rapid pace.

What you bring to it:

  • Successful candidates will have 2-3 years experience in paid social advertising, whether at an agency, end brand, or other social technology platform.
  • Thorough understanding of Paid Social management platforms such as YouTube,  Vimeo, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok and Facebook.
  • Client-facing and client management experience.
  • Strong data analysis abilities (Excel v-lookups, pivot tables, and basic functions).
  • Direct hands-on experience with Facebook.
  • Excellent consultative approach when developing and managing business relationships.
  • Innovative thinker who brings ideas and strategies to life.
  • Flexible, versatile and driven to obtain new skills and scale knowledge to take on uncharted territory.
