We are seeking a Palantir Senior Developer to join our Data & AI practice and help deliver transformative client solutions using Palantir Foundry. You will play a lead technical role, designing and building robust data pipelines, Ontology models, and end-user applications. You will guide junior team members, work closely with architects and client stakeholders, and ensure quality, scalability, and performance across projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement data pipelines, Ontology structures, and Foundry applications (Workshop, Contour, Quiver).

  • Develop automated workflows, transformation logic, and integration with upstream/downstream systems.

  • Apply GenAI/LLM techniques and Palantir’s AI/ML features to create intelligent, scalable solutions.

  • Mentor and review work of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and code quality.

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to refine requirements and deliver secure, performant solutions.

  • Support production deployments, monitoring, and continuous improvements.

Key Skills

  • Hands-on Palantir Foundry experience in Ontology, Workshop, Contour, Quiver, data modeling, and pipeline design.

  • Strong Python, SQL, and Spark/PySpark capabilities.

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, etc.).

  • Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and modern data engineering frameworks.

  • Solid understanding of data governance, lineage, and security (RBAC, encryption).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead small pods of developers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 6+ years in data engineering, including 1–3 years in Palantir Foundry delivery.

  • Palantir certifications or cloud certifications are a strong plus.
