About The Role

We’re hiring for an opportunity within our Legal, Risk and Compliance team that focuses on supporting conduct-related investigations, assisting with evidence gathering, file management and documentation.

It offers valuable exposure to regulatory frameworks, governance processes and cross-functional stakeholder engagement within a regulated environment.

Job Description

 

  • Support investigations into broker, franchisee, buyers agent and employee conduct from an administrative and factual perspective.
  • Review and collate information and evidence, including emails, documents, system records and alerts.
  • Create and maintain investigation files, evidence logs, timelines and document registers.
  • Assist the investigation manager, including with drafting investigation summaries and reports under Legal or Compliance oversight.
  • Review alerts, system reports and data loss or information security reports to support fact-finding.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain information and clarify factual matters.
  • Support secure handling and organisation of sensitive investigation materials, including in-office file management where required.

Qualifications

This opportunity is open to graduate students or early-career professionals who are eager to learn and build a career in Legal, Risk and Compliance. You’re detail-oriented, organised, proactive, and comfortable working with data, managing competing priorities and engaging with stakeholders across the business.

What Success Looks Like

  • Registers and trackers are accurate, up to date and audit-ready, with clear documentation and version control.
  • Statutory and internal timeframes are tracked and consistently met.
  • Matters are progressed efficiently and properly documented, with appropriate oversight and confirmation from accountable Legal, Risk or Compliance owners.
  • Escalation triggers are applied consistently, with high-risk or sensitive matters escalated promptly and appropriately.
