Reporting to the Head of Marketing Strategy and Go To Market, and working closely with sales partnership contacts and cross-functional teams, you’ll be a critical link between our business and our partners, helping to drive mutual success through seamless collaboration and impactful go-to-market strategies.

  • In-house Talent Development team to prioritise personal and career growth
  • Competitive salary, benefits and perks, plus equity via our Employee Share Program

How you will add value:

  • Stakeholder management: As the main point of contact for partner activation initiatives, you’ll build strong relationships with all internal and partner stakeholders
  • Communication: Your excellent communication skills will ensure everyone knows what’s launching and how it impacts them, and provide transparent updates on project status and problems to be solved
  • GTM Planning & Execution: You’ll collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, sales, and service, as well as external partners to develop and execute mutually beneficial partner activation Go To Market plans.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously optimise partner activation plans, workflows and documentation to drive efficiency and effectiveness both inside and outside the business.

About you:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in partnerships, marketing or project management (partner marketing experience preferred).
  • You love working with people from varied skill sets, and form strong relationships at all levels whether they’re internal or external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategy and proactively inform senior stakeholders on progress and issues.
  • Proven experience crafting GTM plans and leading cross-functional teams to deliver on them successfully.
  • Proven experience in activating partnerships through a variety of creative solutions.
  • You love solving customer problems and bringing great customer experiences to life.
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in an agile manner, and prioritising multiple projects at once.

Why you’ll thrive at hipages

  • Extra leave for birthdays, volunteering, and more

We prioritise Diversity:

At hipages, innovation and collaboration thrive in diverse and inclusive teams. We don’t expect you to know everything - we care more about who you are as a person, a team member, and a leader.

We’re proud to be endorsed by WORK180 for supporting women’s careers and we value diversity across culture, age, gender identity and sexual orientation.

Research shows that men often apply when they meet just 60% of the criteria, while women and minority groups wait until they tick every box. If you think you’d be a great fit - even if you don’t meet every requirement- we’d love to hear from you.

We’re also a Circle Back Initiative Employer, which means we commit to responding to every applicant.
