About the role

We are seeking a passionate and strategic Partner Growth Marketing Manager to join our Payments Marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Partner Acquisition team to create and implement marketing strategies that foster strong, long-term partnerships. You will play a key role in identifying and engaging new partners, developing go-to-market plans, and driving the success of new partner initiatives.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys building meaningful relationships, and brings a strategic yet hands-on approach to driving partner growth. You will enjoy variety in your role including:

Partner Acquisition & Targeting:

  • Collaborate with the Partner Acquisition team to refine strategies for targeting key industry verticals.
  • Identify and acquire new partner prospects through data-driven outreach and lead generation campaigns.

Sales Cycle & Partner Nurturing:

  • Support the sales team in managing leads through the sales cycle, ensuring smooth onboarding and relationship-building.
  • Address partner concerns and collaborate with internal teams to meet partner expectations.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:

  • Develop and execute GTM plans for new partners, working cross-functionally for successful launches.
  • Align marketing strategies with business goals, ensuring effective positioning of partner programs.

Growth & Commercialisation:

  • Track and optimise partner marketing campaigns to achieve growth and revenue targets.
  • Use data insights to improve marketing effectiveness and drive partner retention.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Work with sales, product, and partner teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Provide updates on campaign performance and market trends to leadership.

About you

You thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, where building strong, meaningful relationships comes naturally to you. You bring a strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach, allowing you to drive partner growth with creativity and impact. Passionate about making a difference, you are an excellent communicator who enjoys working across diverse industry verticals and influencing key stakeholders.

You will also bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 + years of experience in partner marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role, ideally within the payments, fintech, or technology sector.
  • A strong track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing strategies to acquire and nurture new leads.
  • Deep understanding of go-to-market planning, commercialization, and growth initiatives.
  • Experience with lead generation, partner relationship management, and driving revenue through marketing activities.
  • data-driven approach, with the ability to analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage both internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong project management abilities, with a talent for working cross-functionally and driving initiatives forward.

Salary

Depending on experienced the salary range for this role is $120, 000 -  135, 000 per annum + superannuation.
