We’re looking for a motivated marketing professional to take on the role of Partner Marketer, supporting partner marketing activity across Australia.

The Partner Marketer supports the Partner Marketing Manager in delivering effective Co-Marketing and Trade Partner Enablement activity across retail, builder and kitchen specialist channels.

The role focuses on day-to-day planning support, execution and coordination of co-marketing campaigns, internal communications, and BAU retail partner support, covering point of sale (POS) material, promotional activity and in-store activations.

This is achieved through two distinct but complementary workstreams:

Co-Marketing, which targets the end consumer through our trade partners’ channels to build brand awareness and drive product conversion; and Trade Partner Enablement, which targets the trade partners themselves to build advocacy, belief and share of their business for our brand and products, contributing to the overall achievement of market share, revenue and profit objectives and overall brand health.

Key Role Responsibilities include

Supporting Co-Marketing planning, campaign coordination and performance reporting, along with delivery and operational execution.

In addition, the role supports Trade Partner Enablement through the development and delivery of sales support materials, partner communications and launch activity.

Supporting Co-Marketing and Trade Partner Enablement activity across Australia, working with retail, builder and kitchen specialist partners to drive brand awareness, product advocacy and consumer conversion.

Operating primarily at an executional level, collaborating closely with local and global sales, marketing and brand teams to deliver aligned outcomes.

So that's the role, who are you?

You will have demonstrated experience (1-3 years) in a marketing coordination, marketing executive or similar role, ideally within a trade, retail or channel marketing environment.

You will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Experience supporting promotional campaigns, POS delivery, in-store activations or working with retail and trade partners will be highly regarded.
