Build your career and Australia’s future.
Not many people can say they are working on building Australia’s future. With us you’ll be doing just that, leaving a legacy for all Australians. Plus, there’s equal employment, great training, and true flexible working arrangements.
We have an exciting opportunity at nbn for a Partner Marketing Manager, reporting to the Executive Manager, Industry Marketing & Communications.
A bit about your role
In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of partner marketing communications and enablement campaigns that drive customer acquisition, growth and retention. You will play a central role in shaping how nbn engages with its channel partners. This includes translating insights into meaningful value propositions and marketing activities that support key business initiatives over a 12–18-month horizon.
This is a collaborative role, and you will work closely with peers and stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Products, Corporate Affairs and the broader business to ensure campaigns are tailored, impactful and measurable. You will guide the creation and execution of channel marketing programs and collaborate with sales teams to align activity with account needs. Your work will be instrumental in helping nbn grow its market presence and deepen partner engagement.
A bit about you
You are a strategic and collaborative marketer with deep experience in B2B environments, particularly within wholesale or channel marketing in large, complex organisations. You bring a strong understanding of partner ecosystems and know how to craft campaigns that resonate across diverse audiences. Your background in technology, IT or SaaS gives you a natural fluency in translating technical value into customer relevance, and while telco experience is a plus, your ability to adapt and lead is what sets you apart.
You thrive in environments where purpose and partnership matter. You are thoughtful, commercially minded, and confident navigating ambiguity. With a focus on outcomes and a passion for enabling others, you bring people together to deliver work that’s both strategic and practical.
