Partners are a fundamental component of Datadog’s transformative solutions underpinning Korea’s most successful and visible companies. As a Partner Success Manager, you will support and empower partners by providing them with the knowledge, resources, and tools necessary to succeed with Datadog. You will serve as a trusted liaison between partners and internal teams. Beyond deal closure, you will play a pivotal role in the post-sales support lifecycle, helping partners manage customer outcomes after deals are closed. You will focus on enabling partners to deliver continuous value, which directly impacts customer satisfaction, upselling opportunities, and renewal success. By aligning Datadog’s capabilities with partners' business goals, you will promote mutual growth and long-term success across the ecosystem.

At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners, helping them gain a deep understanding of Datadog’s pricing, billing, and operational workflows.
  • Drive structured onboarding and enablement programs, ensuring partners are certified, operationally fluent, and capable of managing the customer lifecycle.
  • Monitor partner health and MSP contract revenue performance, surfacing risks and identifying growth opportunities, while owning overall MSP sub-orgs management.
  • Actively communicate with Product PMs, Revenue Engineering, Finance, and Deal Desk to address partner needs, resolve challenges, and drive mutual success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Partner Management, Sales, Technical Engineering Support, Enablement and Customer Success teams to advocate for partners and align joint priorities that drive end-customer success through partners.
  • Proactively channel partner feedback to improve Datadog’s internal processes, and operational workflows.

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of experience in partner- or channel-related roles, ideally in cloud technology, with 5+ years overall in IT.
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and communication, with strong presentation abilities to engage both partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Experienced in cloud pricing, billing, and operations, able to guide partners confidently through these processes.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships and competing priorities.
  • Adaptable and collaborative, thriving in fast-paced, innovative product environments.
  • Fluent in English, passionate about learning, and motivated to inspire others through enablement.

Datadog values people from all walks of life. We understand not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That's okay. If you’re passionate about technology and want to grow your skills, we encourage you to apply.

Benefits and Growth:

  • New hire stock equity (RSUs) and employee stock purchase plan (ESPP)
