If you're looking for meaningful work and challenges that grow you in a culture where people show up with purpose, this is your opportunity.

Let’s build what’s next, together.

As a Partnership Development Manager, you'll be the key architect of Infobip's growth strategy in your region by developing and scaling high-impact partnerships. Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, you'll act as the strategic liaison between Infobip and our top-tier partners—building deep relationships, co-developing go-to-market strategies, and driving measurable revenue and profit growth. You'll own the entire partnership lifecycle, from joint planning and performance tracking to customer handoffs and continuous optimization. Your ability to navigate internal stakeholders, demonstrate market expertise, and foster executive-level relationships will directly shape how successfully our partners expand our customer base and market reach.

What You'll Do

  • Build and scale strategic partnerships by developing local relationships with Tier A partners, establishing productive connections with key personnel, and serving as the internal "ambassador" for partner success across Infobip
  • Drive revenue and profit growth by meeting assigned targets through existing partnerships, forecasting business expansion, and proactively identifying new areas of opportunity within partner portfolios
  • Co-develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners—establishing mutual performance objectives, financial targets, critical milestones, and ensuring alignment on shared business goals
  • Align cross-functional teams internally including Sales, Presales, Professional Services, Enablement, Product, and Marketing to ensure partner implementations are executed flawlessly and on schedule
  • Manage partner compliance and enablement by ensuring adherence to partner agreements, executing certification programs to standard, and driving adoption of Infobip programs among assigned partners
  • Facilitate recurring partner engagement through quarterly business reviews, joint planning sessions, strategic communication cadences, and partnership events that strengthen relationships and surface new opportunities
  • Serve as market and solution expert, delivering thought leadership through forums, conferences, and panels while building high-value relationships at the executive level with both partners and their end customers
  • Enable seamless customer transitions by managing handoffs from implementation to Customer Success Management (CSM) teams, maintaining partner relationship data in Salesforce, and scaling successful approaches across your region or globally

What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • 6+ years of experience in partnership development, channel management, or strategic account management in B2B technology or SaaS environments, with a proven track record of growing revenue through partnerships
  • Demonstrated success building and managing long-term strategic relationships with enterprise or mid-market partners, including experience establishing joint business plans and tracking performance metrics
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Services) and external partners around shared objectives
  • Consultative and strategic mindset—you approach partnerships as a business development opportunity, not just administrative management; you think in terms of mutual value creation
  • Project management capability, with experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from planning through execution and measurement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to C-level executives and speaking authoritatively on market trends and industry challenges
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are a plus depending on regional needs

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with CPaaS platforms or omnichannel communication APIs (SMS, WhatsApp, Voice, RCS, Email)
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS ecosystems — Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle CX, Adobe Experience Cloud, Klaviyo.

  • Understanding of AI agents, LLM-powered automation or conversational AI

  • Knowledge of the Meta, Viber and OTT channels partner ecosystem

  • Background in customer engagement, journey orchestration, or marketing automation
