Job Description

As part of TAL’s Consumer & Growth team, the Partnership Integration Leader plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our direct‑to‑customer offerings. By bringing new and innovative distribution solutions to life, this role helps turn strategic partnerships into long‑term, market‑leading propositions that make a real difference for customers. Grounded in a deep understanding of partner goals, customer needs and TAL’s product ecosystem, the Partnership Integration Leader ensures every new proposition launches with impact and delivers on our shared mission to help Australians live life with confidence.

In this role you will:

  • Drive the successful launch and scaling of new strategic partnerships to achieve joint growth objectives.
  • Integrate new partners seamlessly into TAL’s distribution ecosystem to enable smooth, high‑quality delivery.
  • Accelerate the rollout and expansion of Homeowner Protection across LMG and future broker networks.
  • Enable embedded insurance partnerships through effective partner onboarding and solution integration.
  • Align cross‑functional teams by capturing and sharing insights that strengthen delivery and partner outcomes.
  • Optimise partnership performance against agreed measures to ensure consistent value for customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to build strong, trusting relationships with partners and stakeholders, influencing effectively to create shared success.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, including the ability to simplify complexity and engage diverse audiences.
  • Sound commercial judgement with an understanding of how partnership decisions drive customer and business outcomes.
  • Analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret insights, solve problems and support effective delivery.
  • Disciplined approach to execution, balancing attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on commitments.
