Job Title: Partnership Manager 
Location: Macquarie Park, Sydney, NSW, Australia – hybrid (in-person & remote)
Job Type: Full-time 

Reporting: To the CEO

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain strong partnerships with key industry stakeholders across Australia, USA and Canada
  • Identify, Target, Prioritise and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand ShiftCare’s reach and influence.
  • Manage the partners' webinar pipeline, ensuring successful planning and execution of events.
  • Identify and facilitate collaboration opportunities, including social, webinars, ebooks, blogs, whitepapers, and event participation.
  • Oversee and manage the partnership referral program, including tracking and reporting performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership goals with ShiftCare’s strategy.
  • Monitor partnership performance and provide regular updates and insights to the CEO.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience or proven expertise in partnership management.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through successful partnerships and business development
  • Proven ability to drive sales through strategic partnerships, including a strong understanding of sales pipelines, lead generation, and conversion strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare sector is advantageous
