Job DescriptionAs a Partnership Manager supporting TAL’s Wealth Partnerships Portfolio, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and delivering high-quality services according to our administration agreements and other commitments.
Your role involves supporting day-to-day interactions with partners, maintaining operational and strategic account plans, and coordinating activities to ensure TAL's key commitments are met. This position requires effective stakeholder management and a proactive approach to client service, ensuring the best outcomes for customers and partners.
In this role you will:
- Identify, design, and deliver new strategic initiatives to support the partner grow in line with business/account plans
- Understand TAL’s strategy at an enterprise level and awareness of relevant matters in Life Insurance and Superannuation channels
- Manage business relationships throughout the partnership, in line with administration deeds and Insurance Service Agreements (ISA’s)
- Work with the partner to implement of new propositions, member engagement on insurance and digital solutions
- Deliver Excellent Service through oversight of insightful reporting, and act as escalation point for service escalations
- Identify, manage and influence key internal stakeholders to ensure delivery to partner expectations
- Strong relationship management, collaboration, and negotiation/influencing capabilities
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in the Superannuation Life Insurance industry
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of insurance pricing
- Strong collaborator with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with internal/external stakeholders
- Ability to thrive and successfully deliver in an agile, fast paced, and dynamic work environment
