We are currently on the look out for a Partnerships Data Analyst to join our Customer team to drive our brand partnerships and elevate our market presence. You will help shape strategy, support budget planning, and drive sales growth in line with THE ICONIC’s commercial vision.

Within this role, your purpose is to support the acceleration of THE ICONIC’s customer strategy by leveraging strong commercial acumen and data-led insights. You will drive enhanced BI and data access within Customer, the role will focus on building and stabilising always‑on/core dashboards and reports. Once this foundation is in place, the role will proactively identify new ways to pull and interpret data to create meaning for the team, support delivery of revenue and strategic goals, and benchmark our retail media performance against competitors. Your success will be measured by your ability to turn data into commercial results, influence stakeholders, and drive scalable growth for THE ICONIC.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, build and maintain always-on dashboards and core reports for the Partnerships team, including working with GFG team on Marketing by THE ICONIC platform data to align with Partnerships needs.
  • Close current reporting gaps, ensuring data is accurate.
  • Own documentation and basic data-quality checks for Partnerships reporting 
  • Drive enhanced BI and Data access within customer to clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Identify opportunities for increased profit and revenue through data analytics and articulate actionable findings.
  • Build and maintain benchmarks vs retail media competitors using internal and external data
  • Embed dashboards and reports into regular business rhythms (planning, QBRs, campaign reviews etc)
  • Train stakeholders on self-serve tools and interpretation of key  metrics and benchmarks
  • Partner with data, analytics and tech teams to keep metrics and definitions aligned
  • Maintain relationships with internal data and analytics teams to ensure shared learning and cross-functional initiatives.

    Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Proven experience extracting complex datasets using SQL. 
  • Proven ability to manipulate and simplify complex data.
  • Experience managing data visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strong excel skills including INDEXMATCH, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, conditional formatting, and charting.
  • Strong analytical skills with financial and commercial acumen
  • Ability to translate data & insights into practical strategic decisions and action plans.
  • Organized, structured, and process-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication skills to support stakeholders unfamiliar with data.
  • Ability to present ideas clearly using data visualization or presentations.
  • High level of end-to-end ownership for executing and influencing stakeholder outcomes.
  • Curiosity and problem-solving skills to inform data-driven actions.
  • Experience in an e-commerce or retail environment
