Role Objective:

We’re seeking a dynamic Partnerships Manager (Sales) to drive sponsorship revenue through client renewals and new business development. This role focuses on Festivals, Green Field Events, and Agency Services, leveraging Live Nation’s extensive portfolio to create meaningful brand partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sponsorship sales, skilled in negotiating long-term partnerships and developing innovative sponsorship opportunities.

 

This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You’ll lead commercial conversations, craft compelling sponsorship propositions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of best-in-class partnerships. Key Responsibilities: 

 

Sales & Business Development

  • Lead key renewal negotiations to secure long-term sponsorship agreements.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across Festivals, Green Field Events, and Agency Services.
  • Develop tailored partnership propositions that align with client objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with agencies and direct brand clients to maximize sponsorship revenue.

Proposal & Pitch Development

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop high-quality sales pitches and proposals.
  • Maintain and enhance sales tools, including pitch decks, sales reports, and CRM systems.
  • Ensure proposals align with Live Nation’s strategic vision and event capabilities.

Contracting & Deal Execution

  • Work with Sales Enablement and Legal teams to manage contract negotiations.
  • Support structuring of commercial agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

Asset Development & Event Integration

  • Coordinate with event stakeholders to develop sponsorship assets and sales materials.
  • Ensure partner rights and benefits are effectively communicated and integrated into event planning.

Handover & Activation Support

  • Provide structured briefs to the Client Services & Integration team upon securing new partnerships.
  • Prepare handover documents to ensure seamless execution of sponsorship activations.
  • Support campaign sales efforts by ensuring internal stakeholders have the necessary information.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or brand partnerships, ideally in the music, events, or entertainment industry.
  • Proven track record of closing sponsorship deals within live entertainment, sports, or media.
  • Strong understanding of festivals, live events, and sponsorship activation strategies.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
