TS products include payments, collections, trade finance, investments, and information services that help companies manage working capital and liquidity. Cash Management Solutions is an integral part of J.P.Morgan's Treasury Services business. The Product Manager role is responsible for supporting payments product solutions, including Automated Clearing House, Wires, real-time payments, FX and liquidity services. It involves working closely with business partners across J.P.Morgan, such as internal technology, operations, client service treasury partners, and third party providers and local regulators, to deliver the right mix of cash and short-term investment products to the TS client base.
As a member of the Australia & New Zealand Product Management team, you will require participation in day to day product management tasks, product development activities; providing support to sales teams to meet client needs, and assisting in project executions. You will actively participate in the delivery of the payments strategy and proactively liaise with regional product and in country business partners to ensure consistency in our product offering as well as Australia & New Zealand market, risk, legal and compliance specifics being sufficiently addressed.

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate systems and operations to ensure that products queries are investigated and resolved effectively.
- Provide subject matter expertise support to sales teams to meet client needs and growth objectives.
- Manage product pricing support, analysis and recommendation.
- Provide strong support to payments project initiatives, including the definition and delivery of new products applicable to Australia & New Zealand
- Maintain product compliance in accordance with regulations, product management frameworks and the firms controls standards, including the completion of product reviews
- Work with Risk, Legal and Compliance teams to review and update existing controls and procedures.
- Providing local analysis to support regional initiatives and projects.
- Work closely across a wide range of internal stakeholders (including Sales, Service, Operations, Technology, Risk, Legal, Operations and Compliance etc) to identify and drive continuous improvement and consistent product performance
- Monitoring product performance metrics, P&L analysis and delivering regular performance insights, trends and analysis.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Previous transactional banking experience, payables, receivables, cash management and liquidity product knowledge will be highly regarded.
- Team player; work with limited supervision required
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills including good decision making and multi-tasking abilities
- Deep MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word skills
- Good communications and presentation skills

- Focuses on accountability, action and outcomes to ensure solutions meet and/or exceed client needs while aligning Business deliverables to the firm's mission and goals.
