Are you looking to kick-start your career in a supportive, people-first environment? Join RSM’s collaborative national payroll team as an Administration Assistant and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate setting.

This entry-level role offers flexibility and the opportunity to grow while contributing to the smooth operation of payroll services for over 2,000 employees across Australia.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist with payroll processing for a large national workforce
  • Maintain and update employee records, including onboarding new starters
  • Support calculations for termination payments and payroll adjustments
  • Contribute to end-of-month and end-of-year reconciliations and reporting
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via Workday help cases, email, and phone
  • Collaborate with People & Culture and other Corporate Services teams

About you:

What you’ll bring:

Essential:

  • A foundational understanding of Australian payroll legislation
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset

Desirable:

  • Experience with ADP Payforce and/or Workday HCM
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
