What you’ll do
We are looking for an implementation-focused Pega Developer who converts business requirements into robust Pega designs and builds maintainable case solutions. In this role, you will be contributing to solution blueprints, implementing Pega features using best practices, authoring rules, integrations and UI flows, and supports testing and handover to operations with strong emphasis on Pega Constellation usage.
Due to the secure nature of this role, we are looking for candidates that has Australian citizenship and baseline security clearance at minimum.
Key Responsibilities:
• Translate requirements into Pega designs and implement solutions using Pega best practices and Pega Blueprint artifacts.
• Build case types, data models, flows, UI (sections/controls), rules, data pages, and integration components.
• Work with architects to adopt Pega Constellation patterns and reusable components.
• Implement and test integrations (REST, SOAP, connectors) and coordinate with middleware teams.
• Create and maintain technical design docs and unit-test plans.
• Debug functional issues, support system and user acceptance testing, and support release activities.
• Participate in peer reviews, knowledge-sharing and mentor junior developers.
Here’s what you need:
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
- 3+ years of experience with Pega platform implementations
- Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation
- Solid understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP), data pages, activities, and declaratives
- Experience with unit testing, debugging, and collaborating on UAT/implementation support
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work closely with business SMEs
- Excellent stakeholder management, technical leadership and communication skills
- Australian citizenship with baseline security clearance at minimum
