About The Role:
Are you a skilled Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) seeking your next challenge? We are looking for a motivated professional to play a key role in supporting system and user acceptance testing, debugging functional issues, and participating in release activities. In this position, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate through peer reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and mentoring junior developers.
Key Responsibilities:
Debug functional issues and provide support throughout system and user acceptance testing phases.
Support release activities and ensure smooth implementation.
Participate in peer reviews and share knowledge with the team.
Mentor and guide junior developers.
Qualifications:
Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
Australian citizenship with baseline clearance.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Pega platform implementations.
Strong understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP), data pages, activities, and declaratives.
Proven experience in unit testing, debugging, and supporting UAT/implementation.
Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, technical leadership, and communication skills.
Additional Requirements:
Security Clearance Requirement: Given the secure nature of this role, we are seeking candidates who are Australian Citizens with an active security clearance.
This requirement ensures that all team members are cleared to handle sensitive information and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of security in our operations.
On-call and Shift Expectations: Our positions are primarily focused on managed services, meaning you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our clients' IT systems (Applications and Infrastructure). Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you may be required to work in shifts to provide continuous support. Additionally, you may need to be on call to address incidents promptly and perform after-hours deployment activities as needed. Your ability to effectively manage these responsibilities will be crucial to ensuring the seamless operation of our services and client satisfaction
