  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across P&C systems.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling stories.
  • Partner with our People Technology team to optimize HR tech for data capture.
  • Educate and empower the P&C team to be more data-driven.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in a dedicated People Analytics role.
  • Strong expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualisation tools.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, particularly Workday, and experience with data extraction and reporting from such platforms is advantageous.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data findings to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, complex environment.
