About the role:
Working closely with the wider People & Culture (P&C) team, the People and Culture Coordinator is a key driver in delivering seamless, high-quality people services across the business. With guidance from the Senior P&C Business Partner, this role ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of core P&C functions, playing a pivotal part in creating an exceptional employee experience.
Focused on service excellence, the P&C Coordinator is responsible for maintaining, coordinating, and continuously improving key operational areas, always with the employee journey at the heart of everything they do.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the go-to for all things people—providing day-to-day support, answering employee queries, and managing the People & Culture inbox. You'll also help bring our Wellbeing@AE program to life, working closely alongside our Senior P&C Business Partner and Office Manager.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding and induction of new employees including background checks, new hire paperwork, welcome packs and coordination of company inductions
- Manage the end-end offboarding of employees process
- Manage the maintenance and updating of employee records
- Implementation and administration of employee compensation changes and updates
- Effective maintenance of the HR-related technology systems including the HRIS, performance management systems (CultureAmp) and others as introduced
- Manage the collection, cleansing and analysis of HR-related data analytics and reporting
- Support with the benchmarking, data collection and the letter production for the annual remuneration review process
- Support with the planning and execution of the performance review cycles throughout the year
We are looking for someone with:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- An understanding of people and culture as a function with a passion for creating a fulfilling employee experience
- Proficiency in HRIS and leveraging data and technology to enhance operations and decision making
- A can-do and positive attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to work closely with and manage stakeholders from different teams
- The desire to always be on the lookout for ways to improve current processes and ways of working, including utilising digital tools
