Position Summary
This is an amazing opportunity to work within a fast-paced People team that has huge scope and potential to grow with the business. You will collaborate closely with the People team and partner with Senior leaders and Executives, working across the entire employee life cycle.
You will work in a team to build processes, write and review policies, ensure Australian Government Legislation is adhered to. Building effective relationships within your partnering team and across the business that will guide our incredible creators by handling day-to-day HR matters such as performance plans, ER and other People-related tasks. Guiding and mentoring your leadership teams in ER, performance management and ensuring communication is clear and transparent to enhance the already high performing culture.
The position will see you supporting our People through fast Growth challenges.
About you

You are an expert in building strong relationships

You enjoy building out processes and have experience in policy writing.

You can identify gaps in leadership capabilities and design, learning and development opportunities.

Drive a culture that engages employees and builds a positive working environment.

You have at least 3 years’ experience working as an HR/People Business Partner including Talent Acquisition skills and experience.

You can keep up in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

You’re super passionate about the People and Culture of a business.

You thrive on a challenge, thinking outside of the box and working collaboratively to provide solutions and best practices.

You are confident, enthusiastic, have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

You have a relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources.
