The Opportunity - People & Capability Business Partner

We’re looking for a People & Capability (P&C) Business Partner who thrives on impact — combining curiosity, courage, commercial acumen, and HR expertise to partner with leaders to unlock performance and capability.

In this role, you’ll partner with leaders to translate strategy into people, organisation and performance outcomes. You’ll bring a context-rich point of view, co-create solutions with leaders, and embed leader-led practices that build a high-performing, future-ready organisation. With systems thinking, you’ll anticipate dependencies, connect the dots across roles, work, structure, culture and people, and deliver solutions that work end-to-end.

 What you’ll do:

• Partner with leaders to shape organisation design, deliver talent and leadership initiatives and embed sustainable ways of working.
• Coach and enable leaders to own the people side of performance and change.
• Manage employee relations, policies, performance management, and other core HR practices.
• Use insights and data to inform decisions and guide leaders effectively.

• Proven experience as a business partner and HR expert.
• From deep curiosity and context-aware, you bring courage, commercial acumen, and a systems view that connects people, work, and business outcomes.
• Emotional intelligence, pragmatic, and able to co-create solutions and influence leaders effectively.
