About the Role
This role is a 12–15-month parental leave cover position within the high performing, collaborative and supportive People & Culture (P&C) team. The P&C team, including this position are a pivotal factor in enabling the firm to achieve its strategic objectives and is a trusted and respected partner to the business.

This role will support the Advisory service line of the Sydney office, reporting to the People & Culture Manager will:
Partner with leaders and the P&C team to support the execution of people strategies and cyclical P&C events, including engagement, remuneration reviews, performance appraisals, talent management, workforce planning, succession planning and manager training.
Provide advice and support to employees, managers and leaders regarding all people-related matters, including performance management.
Provide commercially minded people-related reporting, analysis and insights to stakeholders.
Partner with P&C centres of excellence including Talent Acquisition, Mobility, Learning & Development, Operations and People Experience to deliver high quality, holistic solutions to the firm.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related discipline.
Strong experience in a similar role.
Experience working in a Consulting/ professional services firm is preferred but not required.
Strong understanding of HR principles, employment legislation and best practice.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge, where required.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for high quality output.
Ability to manage performance-related matters directly with the business independently.
A strong team player with a curious mindset and desire to learn and grow.
