Job Description

AECOM’s Human Resources Team has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our team.  You will be supporting a client group of around 250 team members in our Sydney office.

Working with a diverse range of client groups you will be responsible for all facets of Human Resources support, including:

  • Employee Relations
  • Performance
  • Culture
  • Reward & Talent Management
  • Building the people management capabilities of our leaders
  • Facilitating and supporting change management
  • Leading and supporting HR projects
  • Working with managers to improve our employee experience.

In addition to partnering with business leaders within  key client groups, you will work as part of a core team of HR Specialists both regionally and nationally.  Reporting to the People & Culture Lead – New South Wales & Canberra.

Qualifications

You will have knowledge of the Fair Work Act and Australian Awards and experience handling HR queries on a broad range of issues. You will be confident interpreting People Policies and providing advice to managers. Ideally you would have 5+ years’ experience working in Human Resources in a dynamic environment.

  • Experience designing and executing organisational development projects
  • Up to date with HR best practices and confident applying them in a commercial setting.
