We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate People & Culture Manager/Business Partner to support our Australian Investment Management team. This is an exciting opportunity, for someone who thrives on fostering high-performing teams and delivering impactful business outcomes.

In this role you will partner with senior leaders to drive the implementation of the P&C strategy, shaping organisational design and strategic resourcing initiatives. You will foster talent and engagement, coach on performance management and champion DE&I initiatives to shape a diverse, high performing and engaged workforce. As part of a global team, the role offers exposure to global strategy, projects and strategic delivery.

As an experienced P&C Manager/Business Partner, you will possess strong commercial acumen, combined with proven experience collaborating with leadership to design and implement people and culture strategies. You have a professional and tenacious yet collaborative approach, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels in the organisation. Experience in Investment banking/Fund management/Property organisations will be highly regarded.
