Four Seasons Hotel Sydney is looking for a highly driven, passionate and creative People & Culture Coordinator to join its professional and dedicated People & Culture team.

About the role:

  • Support the full spectrum of People & Culture function, including Compliance & Administration, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Employee Relations
  • Plan and deliver Employee Experience initiatives to enhance employee engagement, development and retention
  • Accurately execute HRIS Workday data input and payroll processing as well as assigned compliance tasks in line with local legislation and company policies
  • Assist in talent acquisition efforts, including promoting vacancies, interviews, reference checks, industry placements and onboarding processes .
  • Support administration within Learning & Development and support training events including setting up training and meetings in Training Room
  • Support P&C metrics and analysis, by generating reports for RDP&C/ADP&C
  • Promote a culture of inclusion, diversity, and well-being, organising employee events and encouraging participation
  • Update internal TV's and Notice Boards
  • Execute onboarding process of all new starters, ensuring a warm welcome with everything prepared for their arrival
  • P&C Office oversight and general administration (keeping area well presented, answering phone calls, passing on messages and ordering supplies)

To excel in this role, you will be a go-getter with a can-do approach to your work and with your superior communication skills will be able to vary your style to suit a large internal audience and wide variety of external candidates. You will have proven ability to multi-task and handle conflicting priorities whilst meeting tight deadlines.
