The Opportunity
Due to an internal movement in our immediate team, an exciting casual opportunity exists for a student of Human Resource Management (or similar) who is due to graduate at the end of 2027, to join our regional Asia Pacific P&C Service & Experience team. Reporting to the P&C Service & Experience Team Lead - APAC, you will be a part of a global people services function, playing a critical role in delivering a positive employee experience and act as the first point of contact for P&C related queries.
Your responsibilities include:
Responding to P&C enquiries through our HR Information System (Workday)
Triaging complex queries to relevant subject matter experts
Gaining exposure to people policies, processes and guidelines to provide timely advice to employees and managers
Maintaining critical employee information and managing documentation
Building relationships with stakeholders within P&C and the wider business
Providing administrative support to P&C reporting and data analysis
Supporting the onboarding process and drafting new starter paperwork
About You.
As we grow our operations, we are looking for people who share our passion for delivering quality hearing solutions to our customers. To be successful in this role, please demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Currently undertaking tertiary education in Human Resource Management or People & Culture
Proficiency in an Asian language across any of our APAC locations in which we operate (desirable)
Experience with working in a fast paced and agile environment
Proficiency with the Microsoft suite
Positive attitude and a passion for learning
We work flexibly regarding days and hours up to 3 days of work per week
Availability to join the team on site at our Macquarie University global HQ
