About the Role
We are looking for a People & Culture Reporting Analyst who thrives on uncovering insights, crafting compelling visual stories, and driving strategic outcomes through data. Key Responsibilities:
Act as the SME for People & Culture analytics and reporting - owning the creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of key data sets and metrics
Foster strong relationships and actively partner with stakeholders to deliver on reporting solutions that drive strategic outcomes.
Conduct regular Gender Pay Gap analysis and provide actionable insights
Generate data and analytics for monthly executive reporting
Create visually engaging dashboards and data visualisations
Integrate and cleanse multiple data sets to ensure accuracy and consistency
Develop and implement automated reporting solutions with robust error detection
Document reporting processes and educate others on reporting tools and value
About You
Proven experience in HR reporting and analytics
Advanced Power BI and Excel skills, with strength in data visualisation and automation
Strong understanding of HR legislation, data privacy, and information security
Genuine passion for understanding people, with a strong commitment to stakeholder service and collaboration
Skilled communicator, confident engaging stakeholders and presenting to executive audiences
Familiarity with HR systems and tools such as Power Query, Microsoft Fabric, and Workday is advantageous
