As a People Experience Coordinator you will play a vital role in ensuring the support we provide remains human and world-class as Xero continues to grow. In this role you will provide administrative assistance while helping transform our systems and tools to ensure our teams succeed at scale. By delivering efficient service and identifying opportunities for process improvement, you contribute directly to a beautiful experience for every employee.
The team & how they connect:
You will join our People Experience Shared Services team, reporting into our Team Lead and working alongside a global network of coordinators. Our team partners closely with Talent Experience, Payroll, IT, and internal leaders to provide seamless support across the business.
Initially, you will focus on:
Managing multiple requests across platforms such as Jira Service Management, Workday, Slack, and Ashby to meet our service level agreements.
Managing the end-to-end new starter journey, including the preparation of employment offers, background checks, and working eligibility confirmations.
Refining and driving our use of Confluence to improve internal knowledge sharing and policy accessibility.
Supporting the transformation of our induction programmes and self-service initiatives for a global audience.
Enhancing our Jira Service Management platform to streamline first-tier human resource support.

Here are some of the things we are looking for:
You will bring previous experience working with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
Your background includes navigating ticketing systems like Jira Service Management to manage high-volume requests.
You possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
An inquisitive nature and a proactive approach to solving problems will help you thrive in our fast-paced environment.
You will have a proven ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with people at all levels.
Your skills in identifying process improvements will be essential as we continue to refine our shared services model.
