As a People & Impact Intern, you will support the HR department in various activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement programs. You will also contribute to our corporate social responsibility projects, collaborating with internal teams to assess and enhance the impact of our initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about people development and social change, looking to kickstart their career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.


Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and coordinating interviews.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and help gather feedback from team members.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of corporate social responsibility programs.
  • Conduct research on best practices in HR and social impact strategies.
  • Help prepare presentations and reports for internal communication.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute collaborative ideas and solutions.

Requirements
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in human resources, organizational development, and social impact.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and build positive relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
