About this role
This is a newly created role designed to be integral to the people leaders of Stake across Australia, NZ and Brazil. We are at an exciting point in our history where we are moving from a scale up to a wealth organisation. We need an experienced HR Business Partner who can energetically yet emphatically lead our teams through our scale up and growth.
You will be
- Reporting to the CPO and translating the new People strategy into action
- Leading the performance, development, talent, and succession activities across the group
- In partnership with strategy, tax and legal, developing our rewards and benefits strategy
- Leading the organisation development approach to stretch our people, leaders and customers.
- Collaborating with our small and mighty People team to simplify the complex and creatively solve people problems
- A key member of each Executive’s leadership teams eg the Marketing Leadership team, Finance Leadership team.
What you’ll need
- 8+ years of experience as a HRBP/People Executive ideally in the brokerage or investment industry, or with a strong passion for markets paired with experience working with a data-driven product.
- An ability to respectively challenge and coach senior leaders.
- A passion to lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, championing innovation and striving for ambitious results.
