A Snapshot 

As HR Co-Ordinator based in our HQ in North Sydney, you will report to the Manager, People Operations and work closely with various teams and leadership across the Asia Pacific region, making your mark in a number of ways: 

  • Provide strong support to the HR team by managing essential administrative tasks that contribute to a smooth and efficient employee experience. 
  • Be the ambassador of system and data and document management  
  • Execute and manage critical employment and business compliance programs to adhere to AirTrunk’s policies and procedures  

Your Day to Day  

  • Coordinate background checks for all new hires and contractors, tracking statuses, and ensuring compliance.
  • Assist with onboarding logistics, including scheduling induction training overviews, preparing materials, and coordinating system access.  
  • Coordinate administrative tasks for employee offboarding, including gathering company property and supporting final checklists.
  • Manage and maintain all system and documentation updates for AirTrunkers and respond to People & Culture mailbox requests in a timely manner
  • Organise and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring that HR documentation is complete and easily accessible.  
  • Update and maintain access levels for all systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Compile data and assist with HR reporting on metrics such as onboarding completion, background checks, and compliance tracking.
  • Maintenance and reporting for AirTrunker lifecycle  
  • Provide general administrative support to the People Operations team, including assisting with special projects as needed. 

Requirements  

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are desirable but not essential. 
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of administration experience, ideally within an HR or People Operations setting, although not essential.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially in data entry and document preparation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Well-organized, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and work effectively under deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), with the ability to learn new HR systems quickly.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to support others.
